By now, a lot of people have heard of cash gifting at one point or another, but many still don't fully understand what it is, how it works and the legalities involved. The report you're about to read is the culmination of over 3 years of research and experience in the cash gifting arena.
Part of my research included speaking to numerous participants in some of the most popular gifting programs. What I learned was shocking to say the least....
But before we get into that, I want to just take a few seconds to tell you a little bit about who I am and my background, so you know where I'm coming from...
My name is Dan and for more than 3 years I've researched, tested, and invested in only the best home-based opportunities I can find, and more importantly, the ones that actually work. And like many, I've certainly had my fair share of losing tens of thousands of dollars on scams and things that didn't work. Needless to say, I've tried and failed at a ton of opportunities.
Over the years I've been fortunate enough to make a multiple six-figure income from home, and have been involved in just about every type of home based program that exists, including Affiliate Marketing, High Yield Investment Programs, Direct Sales, and MLM (Network Marketing).
During my first year, I failed in many different opportunities and made many mistakes along the way, but eventually through lots of trial and error went on to enjoy a lot of financial success in working from home, and I now assist others in doing the same.
Now, let me say up front that I'm not a lawyer. Nor do I have a legal background. I say this because ANYTHING that I share in this report is my personal opinion based on my research. I'll provide you with information for you to do your own due diligence.
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
Why I wrote this report
The purpose of this report is to give you a no nonsense approach to learning the facts about Cash Gifting programs, so you can make an educated decision should you decide to join any of these types of programs, but let me make something perfectly clear before we go any further...
I very strongly advise that you read this report to the very end WITHOUT skimming over any parts, or you'll miss VERY important information. At least give yourself permission to
discover the possibilities you have in front of you... and also what you should avoid, and why.
After all, everything happens for a reason and the fact that you've been attracted to this report, at this moment in time, means something. And don't worry; I'm not going to insult your intelligence by forcing you read some over the top, hyped-up BS.
You've probably seen the videos out there of myself and many others opening FedEx envelopes filled with cash and wondered, "Are these people really receiving this cash from strangers... is it staged... or just a scam?"
We'll cover that subject in a minute, but after doing a ton of research on the cash gifting industry and participating in many programs to satisfy my own curiosity and skepticism, I knew this information would be helpful and valuable to you and others trying to wade through all the hype and misinformation around this activity.
As someone who's generally skeptical by nature, I do my best to rely on facts and not just on assumptions, opinions or hearsay, which there seems to be a lot of out there.
Anyways, towards the end of my report, you'll find a review of some of the top Cash Gifting programs I found in my online research. I'll share the pros and cons of each one. But before I go into that, let me first cover the basics in case you're new to this type of private activity and doing your homework to see if it's right for you.
Most people don't take the time to educate themselves and do their "homework" before they get started in a cash gifting program, and as a consequence, they end up losing THOUSANDS of dollars in the process, so I commend you for doing your due diligence and investing a little time in getting the facts about this worldwide activity.
Now, it's certainly fair (at least at this point) that you might be a bit skeptical about everything you read on the Internet, I know I usually am. After all, Cash Gifting really fits into that 'too good to be true' category, doesn't it?
...So all I'm gonna ask you to do at this point is simply keep an open mind and decide for yourself if this information serves you. I'm gonna lay out the facts for you, so you can make an informed decision without the fluff, hype, or false promises you may have already been exposed to by others out there that really have no intention of helping and supporting you once you send them your money.
So what exactly is "Cash Gifting?"
Well, by definition, Cash Gifting (or sometimes referred to as "Cash Leveraging") is the act of privately or publicly giving another person or entity a declared sum of cash (strictly as a gift) and giving it freely without coercion (arm twisting) or consideration.
The principle of "Gifting" has been proven as an effective model for creating prosperity very quickly for many people who practice it. Although the concept of "Gifting" has helped thousands of people prosper around the world, it's also been blemished over the years through various "Scams" & "Get Rich Quick" pyramid schemes.
At the heart of Cash Gifting is a fundamental principle that's often overlooked and convoluted with people's sense of greed and love of money. This principle is quite simple.
"To help your fellow man (or woman) through giving, and in return be recognized and rewarded for your participation in the giving process."
In many countries it's a custom when a couple gets married that they receive cash wedding gifts from relatives and friends. Churches, civic groups and people from around the world have participated in organized gifting for over 300 years.
"Gifting" as a concept for building wealth and prosperity became popular in the early 1970's with a single elderly woman. After hearing about a family at her church (that was about to lose their home because of major financial problems), she decided to do something about it.
Coming from the bible belt and being part of some traditional "barn raisings" (where an entire town would come together and help a family in need by donating their resources) she decided to urge members of her church to give "Cash Gifts" to help out the desperate family.
Within 24 hours the family emergency was over and they had enough money to save their home (as well as received several job offers from other church members) all because of the group dynamic of "selfless giving."
The concept worked so well that even the "Scam Artists" of the 1970's pyramid schemes took advantage of this prosperity building principle. These "Scam Artists" gave the FTC good reason to warm people away from the "Pyramid Ponzi Schemes" that became very popular in the past.
Over the years, there have been many opinions and thoughts as to the legitimacy and legality of Cash Gifting as a viable and honest means of generating cash flow. I didn't write this report to debate this issue, just share the facts as best I can, and my own personal opinion based on those facts.
In the late 1990's "Cash Gifting" again became a popular concept embraced by more church and private groups than ever before. And with the advent of the Internet and the popularity of working from home, global "Cash Gifting" phenomena had begun.
It doesn't involve network marketing, multi-level marketing (MLM), or a business, or any commercial activity for that matter. That's because there are technically no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this private activity.
There's no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in a team concept and help change lives.
It's called a cash gift because that's exactly what it is... a gift of cash.
It's no surprise that the giving and receiving of gifts can drastically change a person's life, and despite some common misconceptions about Cash Gifting, it still remains as one of the most popular vehicles for financial prosperity in the World.
In fact, I once heard that Cash Gifting programs account for approximately 50% of all money generated in the home-based opportunity industry. I don't know how true this is, but this activity has remained popular for the last several years.
Is Cash Gifting Legal?
This is probably the number one question that comes up when people start to see the lucrative potential with this kind of activity, and it's certainly the first thing that I wanted to know too... after all, I have no interest in getting into any type of legal hot water, and I'm sure you don't either, so here's what I found out...
In researching this activity, there's definitely a lot of gray area, and it's important to keep in mind that there's no book out there that tells you what is legal in our society, only what is not legal.
If you do your research online, you're going to see there's really nothing specifically saying that cash gifting is illegal. Most of the time it's people expressing their personal opinions, not facts.
And so far, I've yet to find a nationwide law in black and white stating that giving a cash gift is illegal, especially if it's not coming with some strings attached such as a guarantee of receiving cash in return, etc.
In fact, I learned that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets.
In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen's rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it's done according to the laws and codes of this country. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.
At the current time of this writing, the law states that one or more individuals can give a cash gift to another individual of up to $12,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid.
However, even though gifts don't have to be included in the gross income of the recipient's tax return, it's probably a good idea to pay taxes on any and all cash gifts you receive from anyone not related to you.
At the bare minimum, people should be declaring all gifts received and keep accurate records and file all Gift Statements received and forward to your tax preparer or accountant.
(I'M NOT GIVING TAX ADVICE! Please consult a local CPA regarding your decision to pay taxes on your gifts or not).
Most well organized Cash Gifting programs require each participant to use some form of a Gifting Statement and/or Non-Solicitation form, which when signed, become binding agreements between two private individuals.
So giving a gift of cash to someone, be it a friend, family member or a stranger is legal according to IRS code. Read it here.
With the growth and popularity of cash gifting programs over the last few years, there are those out there using all kinds of scare tactics and saying gifting is illegal. What I've found in my research is most (if not all) of these people have their own personal agendas and are promoting some other deal in competition with gifting. Many in MLM have left their "MLM JOB" for gifting, and leaders don't like that.
They'll claim there are people in jail because of gifting and that hundreds of gifting programs have been shut down. So what's the "truth?"
Well, not all Cash Gifting programs may be legal in their structure. Certainly there are some that may not be. Unfortunately, there were still some "old school" Cash Gifting programs out there (mostly offline) that weren't structured properly in order to sustain their efforts for any considerable length of time, and some of them use an illegal pyramidal type of structure.
In my research, I even spoke to a gentleman that made as much as $68,000 in a single night in an offline program called the "airplane game", where they used the "airplane" analogy when it came to moving up the ranks to eventually become a "captain" at the top.
Consequently, many of these types of mostly offline programs in the past were closed because of this illegal "ever-widening base" structure and gave the concept of Cash Gifting a bad reputation.
However, in recent years, with the creation and development of the linear "1Up" structure, things have changed and more and more people are benefiting through the use of these types of programs than with any other Cash Gifting structure in the World.
With a 1Up Cash Gifting program, there are no fancy sounding "positions" to sell, no "matrix" to fill, and there's no ever-widening base to the structure (In a typical illegal pyramid, where only those at the top profit, while those at the bottom never reach the top and invariably lose their money).
Many properly structured gifting programs have a compliance department and take an aggressive approach to monitoring what the members are doing to promote the opportunity.
Is Cash Gifting a pyramid scheme?
A pyramid is usually associated with a company or a business. Gifting programs are not companies; they're considered a private sharing activity.
Gifting programs require no sales quotas (there's no product to sell), there are no positions to be sold, and the legal ones don't have an ever-widening base to the structure, which just keeps going and going to infinity.
A pyramid never allows anyone coming in on the bottom to ever reach the top. In a pyramid, only those at the top get the profit while those at the bottom usually never reach the top. In a pyramid, people can and have lost their money. A pyramid is also not to be confused with "Network Marketing or MLM".
Although Network Marketing is a legal and viable business model and source of income, it doesn't work for the majority of people that join one of these programs. Cash Gifting programs are neither a networking company/opportunity, nor a pyramid scheme.
How does Cash Gifting compare to other home-based opportunities?
After personally coaching and mentoring hundreds and hundreds of people in the home-based opportunity arena, I've come to realize that most people don't join a home-based opportunity to peddle lotions, pills, diet cookies, "magic juice", downloadable e-books, over-priced conference tickets, vacation discount vouchers - or any other so-called "products."
If we really want to take an honest look at the industry, 95% of the people currently in a home business are fooling themselves into THINKING they're entrepreneurs.
The reality is that most are NOT looking to be IN business at all. They just want another ATM card to put in their wallet or purse! They don't care about the business of HOW...
THEY JUST WANT MONEY
Cash Gifting seems to have mass appeal to just about everyone no matter where you live in the world and seems to also have a higher conversion overall compared to other home-based programs.
You probably know this already, but it's worth repeating. Cash Gifting is NOT a "free-to-join" type of opportunity and that there's a financial cost associated with participating in these types of programs, especially as it relates to advertising and marketing.
The other thing to keep in mind is that most Cash Gifting programs only allow you to receive gifts at the level at which you personally pledge at. For example, if you enroll at a $500 level, you can only receive at a $500 level. Enroll at $1500, only receive $1500 and so on.
Generally speaking, should someone enroll at a $3,500 level for instance, and you're on a $500 level, the difference between the levels ($3000) rolls past you to the next person who is on that level and qualified.
Warning - Most properly structured gifting programs exist to help people on a grass roots level. The true philosophy and mission of many of these programs is to help people change their financial lives for the rest of their life, not just make a quick buck in the short term.
However, some gifters web sites give a "guarantee." The fact is, any site that promises you an income or guarantees you'll generate cash is an illegal scam. Here's the scary part... people are losing money because they don't know the difference between a quality program compared to a program that sets you up to lose.
Legally structured gifting programs make no false promises or guarantees about the amount of cash you can generate.
There's no magic bullet! There's no "plug in and get rich" programs out there! It doesn't happen! It's a sales pitch by con men to get you to give them your hard earned money!
People have been lied to so much about quick wealth in home-based opportunities that the "REAL THING" can sometimes look boring. Anyone who's willing to lie can always make something sound great. The difference is, the "boring" truth can set you free financially, but the lies will cost you precious years of your life and may very well destroy your financial future.
Any true mentor has no problem telling you up front that you're going to have to put forth some effort to see results. They're going to help their new members succeed and prosper, but they're not going to do it all for them. The mentor will help by giving them tools, knowledge, and support but the rest is up to you to take action based on what they teach you.
Cash Gifting can be a strong life-changing activity for those that apply effective marketing strategies that are taught and DO what's required to receive gifts.

The Reviews are in...
Listed below are my reviews of a few of the most popular cash gifting programs online (you may have seen one or more of these, or even be in one of them right now). Scroll down to read the facts and my personal opinions on each one... and more importantly, what no one else will tell you:
Ecosov? (Too Damn Easy)
Review: Ecosov? has been operated in one form or another for over 10 years by a guy who calls himself "Q." There used to be three levels to join, but now there are only two: $6,600 & $18,500. It uses a 1UP style structure. Q has set up a pretty slick system and has the bragging rights to back it up. His marketing style and approach is ?in your face,' blunt and to the point with no fluff. Some people even consider it offensive, but it has mass appeal to others. It seems there's no grey area, you either like his style or you don't. Members are given a system ID to advertise along with program provided ads that must be used by prospective members to join. If someone responds to an ad and doesn't know what the ID code is, they can't join. Q also runs a prolific "Cash Me Out" newsletter and cranks out new content every week along with his telephone hotline that allows you to hear him address all types of questions and situations. He also answers all questions personally, but only to those that are ultra serious.
The Pros: You can join, plug into some of Q's marketing and advertising co-ops, or use his pre-designed ads and postcards and do it yourself. His marketing materials are top notch and pull very well. All of your ads include your member ID and Q handles all the rest which includes handling any and all questions from your prospects, as well as setting up the tracking to ensure your cash is delivered to you via FedEx, UPS or DHL. Q isn't a lazy millionaire in the least, he personally handles ton of calls and email and has actually worked extremely hard to deliver exactly what the average Joe or average Jane needs to receive serious amounts of cash, and do it with as little time and effort as possible.
Best Feature: The professionally designed marketing materials and hands-off automation make this program attractive for busy people that have more money than time. Q's newsletters are also very entertaining and blunt.
The Cons: With the minimum participation amount being $6,600 to start (plus advertising expenses), Ecosov? disqualifies the vast majority of people out there looking to get ahead from participating with this activity. Q isn't shy about this fact and is most likely intentionally keeping the entry level high to only attract those that are totally serious. The other thing I see as a major drawback to this program is the fact that your marketing and advertising CANNOT be tracked! In other words, you have no idea of determining where your referrals are coming from and which ads are pulling best for you. There's also no way to track who Q has spoken to or what your leads are doing (unless you hear about someone joining) since you've have to send everyone to HIS website with your referral ID# and hope for the best.
Biggest Flaw: Since you can't track which advertising method is working best for you, you could be wasting thousands of dollars and not even know it.
Admin Fees: You must GIVE AWAY every 5th gift you receive to Q as a "Monitor Fee to corporate." At $6,600 - 18,500 a pop, you could end up giving away a fortune over time.
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
TLC2003 (formerly known as NOSS and many other various names )
Review: NOSS/TLC is one of the more popular 1UP style gifting programs out there and has been around for over 8 years. The program has been promoted as having over 40,000 members worldwide in 16+ countries. I don't think there's any way to really verify this, but based on the popularity of NOSS, it's possible. NOSS appeals to many people because it has 3 levels of participation: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. Leaders within the program also conduct several live overview calls each week as well as a daily training call which is primarily motivational. It's professionally administered using a 3rd party tracking software system that keeps track of referrals and gifts received, etc.
The Pros: With the lowest entry level being only $500, it's accessible to the masses. The weekly conference calls to invite prospects are well scripted and professional. There seems to be a genuine sense of community and support with NOSS and their system is simple and simple to follow for duplication.
Best Feature: Low entry fee of $500 makes this program accessible to many people and the daily calls are conducted by industry leaders.
The Cons: If you join NOSS, you better be prepared to do some serious phone work and be able to handle rejection well, because participants are taught to promote the activity using an outdated antiquated method that focuses on buying lead lists, and COLD-CALLING strangers, or running ads and following up with people to invite them to the daily calls, etc. You're instructed to invite them to the daily calls using a simple 2 minute script, then follow up with them.
Biggest Flaw: Not internet-based. They have strict policies about how you can actually market the program and will delete you from the system if you violate their terms. One of the things they forbid is internet marketing. Why? I don't know, but it probably has to do with some of the founders just liking to stick with old-school prospecting methods. Most people with little to no selling, or direct telemarketing skills should pass on this activity. There are other highly automated activities available and most people will have a better chance of success with leverage and automation.
Admin Fees: The tracking software runs about $120 per year
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
Spirit of Wealth (SOW Today)
Review: To start off, Sprit of Wealth Today does not provide marketing materials or training. It is simply a private membership group that was started by a group of former NOSS members that broke off to start their own membership group because they wanted more freedom in the way they market. SOW is around eight years old and has over 40,000 members in over 16 countries. Like NOSS, SOW also appeals to many people because it has 3 levels of participation: $500, $1500, and $3,500. Many teams within SOW use internet-based systems like websites and streaming audio.
The Pros: Unlike NOSS, there are ZERO Marketing and promotion restrictions making the entire program easier to enroll people in. With the lowest entry level being only $500, it's accessible to the masses. Most SOW members use replicated websites that incorporate recorded overviews so no personal explaining is necessary and this in turn keeps the follow up minimal. There is zero cold calling or salesmanship needed with this type of system.
Best Feature: Unlimited marketing potential. Again, the low entry fee of $500 makes this program accessible to many people. The automation using websites to deliver the information saves time and give people more freedom as to how they want to promote the program.
The Cons: The only thing I could find that I would consider a ?Con' is the fact that when someone has questions or wants to get started with this program, they have to call their inviter to get started. A good duplicable team should have a callback system feature or assist members in calling back interested prospects.
Biggest Flaw: Some teams in SOW have great marketing systems and strategies in place and some don't. If you join this program, make sure you are working with a strong mentor and team with great marketing tools.
Admin Fees: It's professionally administered using a 3rd party tracking software system (1UpTracker.com) that keeps track of referrals and gifts received, etc. The tracking fee runs at $120 per year.
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
The Abundant Living System (ALS)
Review: Abundant Living System launched July 17, 2008. This program also appeals to many people because it has multiple levels of participation from $150 to $5,000. It's professionally administered using tracking software system that keeps track of referrals and gifts received. You can also semi-brand your replicated website.
The Pros: With the lowest entry level being only $150, it's accessible to the masses.
Best Feature: Program is accessible to many people.
The Cons: Most recently many have been leaving ALS. Many have been troubled with the constant pitching of other programs to join from the Admin. Many believe that the recent dropping of the admin fee was an attempt to "stop the bleeding".
Biggest Flaw: Same replicated websites and too much self promotion by the administrators.
Admin Fees: Last time I checked, there was a $150 admin fee.
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
The Overnight Cash System (TOCS)
Review: As an internet-based cash gifting activity, The Overnight Cash System uses a 1Up style structure like the others and offers members one of the most professional and hands-off systems out there. There are 6 levels or "tiers" in TOCS: $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000. Interested prospects visit the website to read all about the program, listen to the audio recordings, read the testimonies, watch the movies, then they can call in toll-free or submit a Callback Request and get all their questions answered "customer service" / "team leader". Most people join at $500 or $1000.
The Pros: The TOCS Website has a very sleek feel to it and many newbies are attracted to it due to its "automated nature".
Best Feature: Professional TOCS Team Leaders personally call and answer all your prospects questions for you, so it can be almost completely hands-off on the member's part.
The Cons: The TOCS Website has a "Get-Rich Quick" Feel to it and that actually turns some people off. Thus, the conversion ratio for visitors is really low. The high administration fees are only making TOCS richer. The materials they provide are easily available for FREE when you choose the right cash gifting program. Also, they have a strict "no deal" policy on gifts. Another significant weakness I seemed to have found with the system is that there is no way to broadcast email follow ups to your database. There is also no control over what messages the system sends out, as they are all sent from within the system.
Biggest Flaw: Biggest thing that I found was the strict restrictions they put on "use of their marketing materials". Also, you are not allowed to change the content of the letters that are sent out to your prospects via the TOCS auto responder. They have the right to eliminate you at their will (I know people who have gotten success there only to have made a mistake in marketing and had their site shut down permanently). Another major downfall is that you have to get all your materials approved by TOCS before publishing them. Do not be fooled by the "complete automation" that they advertise.there is nothing that is 100% Automated Online.
Admin Fees: There are additional fees required to become a TOCS member. These fees are determined by which Tier Level you choose to get started with and range from $200 to $1,000. There's also a monthly fee of $29.95 for the hosting of the replicated websites as well as access to all the marketing tools. They give a discount if you purchase a one year subscription up front. Just to be clear, the fees I just mentioned are in addition to the initial cash gift that's sent to the sponsor.
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
Cash Arrives 365
Review: Cash Arrives 365 is one of the veteran 1UP gifting programs and has also been around for about 6 years. This program also appeals to many people because it has 3 levels of participation: $500, $1,500 and $3,500. It's professionally administered using a 3rd party tracking software system that keeps track of referrals and gifts received.
The Pros: With the lowest entry level being only $500, it's accessible to the masses. The weekly conference calls to invite prospects to is well scripted and professional. Pretty similar program as to NOSS without the cold calling approach to prospecting.
Best Feature: Low entry fee of $500 makes this program accessible to many people.
The Cons: Not many strong leaders found in this program or professional marketing tools/systems. Not much support or training available.
Biggest Flaw: Couldn't find any strong marketing system or teams with leaders in this program. Seems to be a fairly small organization without a lot of support structure.
Admin Fees: The tracking software runs about $120 per year.
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
The People's Program (TPP)
Review: The People's Program is a newer residual cash gifting program. This program also appeals to many people because it has 9 levels of participation from $150 to $10,000. It has the same fancy graphics and replicated websites like the others. However you can brand your site like in PFG.
Residual Cash Gifts:
Each member you personally enroll into the TPP program is also required have ALL their personal enrollments send you "RESIDUAL" Cash Gifts depending on the Level.
Pros: Well done program with training in the back office. Also, the admin fee is low at $50 / year. Cash gifts are delivered to participants via Fedex, UPS or DHL.
Best Feature: Training & marketing
The Cons: People creating 2 accounts and cutting out their sponsors
Biggest Flaw: Residual gifting structure (it sucks having to give up a part of every gift to your sponsor for life).
Admin Fee: $50 per year
RECOMMENDED CASH LEVERAGING SYSTEM
Prosperity Freedom Gateway (PFG)
Review: The Prosperity Freedom Gateway Cash Gifting System was born as a revolution in the cash gifting arena. It has taken out the negatives of other programs and incorporated all the positives to create a truly amazing cash gifting program. It has managed to bring automation and duplication to the cash gifting arena over the course of 5 years while utilizing attraction marketing principals to help its members brand themselves from the beginning. All successful internet marketers have one thing in common: THEY HAVE BRANDED THEMSELVES. However, for someone that is brand new, it takes time to brand (this goes for any program), but with this system - duplication and branding can occur at the same time from the very first day resulting in higher conversion ratios and success ratios. As an internet-based cash gifting activity, the program uses a *PROVEN* and *PATENTED* tracking system. The system has state of the art marketing materials that are "simple" and "straight-forward" which lead to higher conversions and its automation capability is excellent. Similar to TOCS, this system has a callback feature and members have the option of allowing their sponsor to do callbacks for them for FREE. It also appeals to many people because it is simple and has 7 levels of participation: $500, $1,500, $2,500, $3,500, $5,500, $7,500, and $10,000. The support, training, and marketing materials make joining this team a no-brainer. Interested prospects visit the website to get informed all about the program and then submit a Callback Request to join or get a few more questions answered.
Smart 1-Up Structure: You always get what you are qualified to receive if someone joins at a higher level than you. This way it removes competition amongst sponsors and new team members, because the new team member will ALWAYS receive his qualified amount of cash. Only the difference gets passed up. With TOCS, the full gift is passed over you which leads to members "trying" to convince their enrollments to join at their level or lower.
The Pros: This program has been thoroughly researched and legally structured. When you join the team, it doesn't matter WHO you join under - you will receive ongoing training support from your sponsor and select team leaders. The TEAM CONCEPT appeals to a great majority of people and the support is phenomenal. They are constantly staying up to date with the latest marketing trends and they even have "plug-in-to-profit" marketing solutions which allow newbie marketers with no marketing experience to "jump start" their cash flow.
Best Feature: Cheat Proof Tracking System, POWERFUL Professional Marketing Materials and Resources, UNMATCHED Marketing Training/Support, COMPELLING Built-in Autoresponder, ELABORATE Easy to Use Website System, RESPONSIVE On-Demand Technical Support, Personal Branding System/ Automatic Responder Installation, SIMPLE Callback Option, and full control over your marketing. The team concept and "personal" branding systems is something that makes this cash gifting marketing system unique in comparison to every other cash gifting system out there. In addition, the FREE Webmaster Support team is there to help out with any technical issues.
The Cons: Must join under someone who has good experience using this system - great profit potential.
Admin Fees: $120 Annual

Conclusion
Well I hope you got some good value from the information I just shared. Even though this report includes my own opinions based on many years of personal experience, I did my best to be as fair, unbiased, and objective as possible.
I don't personally believe there's anything immoral or unethical about gifting programs, assuming that no false promises or misrepresentations are being made. I believe that consenting adults should be free to engage in any activity they choose that doesn't cause harm to others.
Some people love cash gifting because there's no product, but it's not for everyone. That being said, I haven't met anyone who doesn't like the idea of receiving overnight envelopes filled with cash in them.
I don't claim to make you a success overnight, nor can I give you any advice on whether to get involved with cash gifting or not (that's up to YOU), BUT I can say that after everything I've seen, and experienced in the industry over the last 3+ years, cash gifting is something that appeals to just about everyone.
So, the bottom line is this...
Cash Gifting programs DO work for the people that apply themselves and approach them from the right perspective.
I had seen the concept of cash gifting on the internet early on in my ventures and thought that this truly must be a scam because it looks too good to be true.
Guess what? In hindsight, I wish I had paid attention to these programs a long time ago. I found that many of the people in the gifting industry I've come across and those I've gotten to know truly want to make a difference in people's lives, and that's more easily done with money.
Cash Gifting is the fastest way I've found to legally and ethically generate massive amounts of cash. It's what people want, and you and I are never going to change this fundamental desire to create more abundance in every area of ours lives.
Over the years, I've seen countless programs come and go, and after thoroughly researching all the major gifting programs out there (and actually joining a few of them above to experience them from the inside out). I have no hesitation in stating that in my professional opinion, Proserity Freedom Gateway (PFG) is the most complete gifting program on the internet today.
This is by far the most premier cash gifting program
